Výrobní poruchy hydroizolačních materiálů
Značné množství poruch hydroizolačních materiál a posléze i systémů vzniká již ve výrobě. Většinu chyb by měla eliminovat kontrola výroby. Ne vždy je tento kontrolní mechanismus 100% účinný. Příčinou výrobních poruch může být: přičemž samozřejmě může nastat souběh jednotlivých příčin.
Troubles arising from bad production.
A large amount of troubles with waterproofing materials and therefore, systems arise in the time of production. Most problems can be eliminated through good production controls. However, no controls are 100 % secure and defective materials may be missed.
It is also possible to expect concurring reasons for the troubles. The extent that waterproofing materials can be damaged as a consequence of poor construction is total destruction. This occurs especially when materials with different properties of dilation are combined (e. g. if smooth metal foil is combined with hard oxidized asphalt). An effect of poor quality raw materials is that they are brittle and cracks can develop. Cracks in this kind of bitumen material (illustrated in the picture) arise in relatively high temperatures. Beyond this in such material it´s possible to also expect total rupture of the reinforcement. Mistakes due to oversights during inspection are mostly visual. For example, marks are left on waterproofing membranes due to dirty cylinders or other production mechanisms. There is a separate chapter an troubles that arise from poor cutting of materials. Mainly the problem is that membranes are shorter than production specifies. Some production mistakes are unbelievable.
