Není divu, že v této oblasti nalezneme rozsáhlé množství rozmanitých poruch, vždyť plochých střech se nejen u nás vyskytuje opravdu mnoho. Věříme, že při čtení o jednotlivých poruchách a prohlížení fotografií se nejen pobavíte, odpočinete si, ale i si některé věci vezmete k srdci.

This is the first project of Houseful of Troubles. This is a sampling of troubles with insultaion that is based on trends observed within our company archive. It is no wonder that in our archives that are a lot of examples of troubles concerning flat roofs because it is a very common style of construction. This chapter is devoted to troubles with bitumen shingles on pitched roofs. During the compilation of this chapter we selected from a large amount of interesting information in cooperation with an expert in this field, Mr. Ivo Ušák, Engineer.

Pokud by byly všechny poruchy jen chrakteru ovlivňující vodotěsnou funkci zastřešení, bylo by na světě krásně. Bohužel čas od času se jedná o poruchy velmi závažné. V dnešním světě se nevyhneme souhrám okolností (klimatických, nedbalostních, teroristických, atd.), které způsobí až totální kolaps střešní konstrukce a její zřícení.

Unfortunately, not all troubles with roofs can be traced to simple problems with insulation. There can be many more serious troubles with the structure of roofs. In this world we can´t avoid climatic troubles, personal negligence, acts of terrorism, etc. These causes can lead to total collapse of roofs.
